Ive been working out for a while now but the last 2 years I've been real lazy and got a bit fat. Ive done all this before but it was overseas when it was easy. For now i got routine down but the diet part is killing me so heres what i came up with, I'm bulking muscle mass for the winter:

4 whole eggs
1 cup oats
V8 juice
930-1000 pre workout
Sweet potato
60 gram protein shake
1300 post workout
Pasta or rice
Spinach
60 gram protein shake
1800 dinner
Chicken or steak
Carb
Veggie
2200 before bed
Yogurt or cottage cheese
Casein shake
200 am baby wake up #1
Whey protein shake
Thats what i thought ip today, please let me know where I'm wrong or should add in stuff.
My current stats are 5'6" 202 21%
Also i work for the military so mon wed fri i have to work out between 730-900 and tues at lunch time, so my bulk diet needs to be versatile.
