too much LIPOKINETIX

ok... I take lipokinetix as shown below:

6 am - qty 2 - then do cardio & weights
12pm - qty 2 - lunch
5 pm - qty 1 - dinner

with this dosage i get pretty warm and sweat a bit as
it must be working raising my temperature a bit...

well today after my workout at 8am... I took one more...
so my total for the day is just 3 pills... but within
a smaller time frame...

Well its now 1pm... my face is bright red and my head is
so damn hot! it looks like I am having an alergic reaction,
but I'm just burning up with a fever.

Obviously my dose was too high for that short period of time,
has anyone else had this happen, will it just go away as
normal as it begins to wear off...?

Bro I had to stop taking it b/c my legs and arms were covered in red blotches. I was sweating like I was in 100 degree weather even though I was inside with the a/c on 72. Plus I felt so shitty, I couldn't function

i too am seeing the red blotches on my shoulders and legs since started lipo, anyone else know how long it may last,, not bitching just wondering what else to expect

ur having a allergic rection - stop taking it at once go get some benaryl caps and or maybe some cream to put on the rash. usenic acid has a strong effect - u need to wait till ALL of teh symptoms are gone and then try agin with alow dose for a few days 1x2 ED then work up to 2x2 ed for a little while and then 2x3 if u want - thisgives the body time to adjyust to the sides - i got amajor flu 3 days into it and had to stop - got back on gradually and now i upped the dosseage wiht no problem.

yes that seems correct... I saw the doctor today... of course they had no clue as to what it was...

they gave me a prescription version of benadryl... and its
getting better...

I am definitely going to use LIPOKINETIX again just with a lower dose...

Lipo also gave me flu like symptoms...
I took a day off, and cut my dose in half, then gradually worked it back up, and I am fine now...
