new on this board, but have been reading around for some time now.
Since I hate keeping the same routine over and over, I want to try this month something like this:
Mon- chest (complete, i.e. intense) + back
Thu- delts + tri's
Fri- chest (light; that is, less weight and more reps) + bi's + waist + legs
I'm open to any suggestion as to improve it, if something is wrong with it.
