about a half year ago i thought i was gonna get in shape.
the first weeks i lost 4-5kg.
but when i moved home to a buddy of mine after losing a job, i started to get cravings.

the whole summer ive been keto dieting, but, having maybe 3-5 cheatdays, then training like a maniac, taking 1 and a half hour morning walks every day.

finnaly i decided that this must stop.
so i stopped the diet, then i had gained a bit and was maybe 15%bf, gradully over to weeks got to my maintnance level.

now i cant stand myself!

i feel like a fat slob and just hate the way im looking.
i must get in shape, but want to maintain it while slowly adding muscle.

i even have a nice cycle of test just wating for me to start.

guess what, today i started diting again.
i want to get down to 10%bf before starting.

now i wonder this:

1. should i do a keto?
i will louse pounds fast as hell and waterweight...but then i dont know how hard the rebound will be?

2. or should i do a regular 30% protein 40% carb and 30% protein?

since i want to start as soon as possible, can i just say "fuck it" and do 2 hour cardio everyday and such and loose 2 kgs a week?

in three weeks, do u think i would loose as much muscle so it wouldnt not be worth it?

plz advice me...

it critical and i hate this!

to make it more understandible, i was 13 bf wen i weighted 81 kgs. i REALLY need help whit this.

i now i havent done this god at all, and i just can blaim myself.

need advice as much as inspiration words.

i dunno man, i might just start the cycle and eat at a reasonable cal. if you train hard you're gonna lose the fat and wont sacrifice muscle if youre on. besides, we're heading into colder weather now.

i really wanted to get to get down to 10 or 12% before adding mass again, but im losing a lot of weight along with the bf (more than i thought at least,) and thats not really what i want.

i dont want to bulk at all, but dropping so much weight feels like i might be setting myself for a longer road as far as mass goes. maybe its better to add the mass at a maintenance level and then carve it up afterwards?

id love to hear other's thoughts on this too.

go with the regular. This keto thing is absurd. I did it myself - but found going low calorie works just as well.:)
