SHAKE IT DURING Training......

I mix a very strong shake of 3 scoops of gatoraid powder, one scoop of whey, one scoop of gcovery and one teaspoon of puremcc. I also add in a powdered form of vitamin c. I sip it through out my workout and keep watering it down as the workout goes on (which is why I put such high amounts of each ingredient). But I also do very demanding workouts and currently trying to climb up to 280 or so and keep my waist in the 32-34 area at 6'4.

Btw, Jkurz, before you say that shake is a bad a recipe, or I don't know what I'm talking about or any of the other crap you've replied to me in the past, know I get my advice from the same gurus who advise all the top pro's. Just saying, because I expect from your previous replies to me to hear some shit like "that's insane" or "it will make you fat" or whatever other insulting shit you've posted back when I've only tried to help you.
to each their own..so relax....95% said they dont, wouldnt, or just dont think it has it's place in training.....unless you are training for a marathon, so I'll go with the majority.....a few said they do it, some occassionaly, some religiously....maybe sometime I will try it....what's your bf level at? Do you still think you are burning fat training? Or that even your goal? Arent you on year round?

No, not on year round. And I never go over 750mg-1,000mg range of test and something like 500mg of deca or eq (depending on how I feel) per bulking cycle. I am building, but build while keeping fat down. I don't believe in 'bulking', I believe in building. I'll stick with someone like Milos Sarvec, Gavin Klein or Chad Nichols advice any day of the week, that's just me.

Do I believe I am still burning fat? Training and diet build muscle. Diet and cardio burn fat. But you can build and build clean, it just takes a lot of dedication to eat plenty of high quality meals. And I *never* let my waist get over the 34inch range while bulking, and I am 6'4. My bodyfat range right now? Don't know, but I am about 5lbs heavier than my avi and in the same shape there. For bulking months, that's good enough shape for me :)

I'm just saying bro, guys who obviously know a heck of a lot more than you, such as myself and AAP (who gave me that bulking shake recipe you said was complete crap a few months back and would make someone fat), and basically write these prick response back. Even with that Mike Mentzer thing a few months back. You don't ask for help and then spit in the persons face who trys to help you, especially when they obviously know more than you. You may not want to follow their advice, but there's no excuse for some of the responses you give to people who only try to help you. Like wtf was up in that Mentzer thread? You read a Mentzer book and like most who do think they had 'their eyes opened'. You told me I was talking out of my ass. Did you ever talk to Mike or any of the people who knew him? Go to RobbyRobinson.com and ask Robby if that's how Mike trained in the 70's. He would know, he was there.

My advice? Get the pill addiction and eating disorder under control. I don't mean that in a bad or mean way either. But to be honest, you shouldn't even be touching gear at this stage and you just finish a cycle, and then I see these vicodin posts every few weeks and then a post on using all these exotic compounds for a 'lean bulk'. I know you are trying hard, and I want you to succeed, I hope you know that. Ask anyone here, I am a very supportive, nice guy and have been for the 6 years or so I've been around. But I can see you are still very concerned over the bodyfat thing and those vic posts keep popping up every few weeks.

I had some of my own problems a couple years ago, we all do. But before touching gear, it's good to sort that stuff out. The vicodin post from last week and that 'lean mass stack' post has me still worried about you. It shows you still have a very bad obession with the whole bodyfat and body image thing. One pill a day bro? Come on thats bs. I don't care if it's 10mg vic, one pill would have stopped working weeks ago, let alone over a year. You make those posts on how to deal with the withdrawls, people respond to help you, then you let the thread die and then another one pops up a few weeks later.

Like I said, I've dealt with my own body image issues, I started at 144.5lbs at 6'4! I was a walking bone! I also had my own issue with a three week stint of perc that I had to deal with. I know where you are/been and have just tried to be a supportive Elite brother, which is why some of your responses in a few of my replies to you over the past few months have not only come off as shocking, but to be honest, rude.

I wish the best for you, and hope you can conquer your demons. I hold no hard feelings or bad will towards anyone. My door is always open to you and *anyone* here on Elite. As far as I am concerned you are all my brothers and sisters.

45 mins before - 40g maltodextrin, 30g whey, 5 g creatine
During - dextrose, matlto, whey, guarana extract (blend that I made up on myprotein.co.uk)
Post - 40g matlo, 50g whey
Then food

what would you want any type of sugar before your workout? If you are having one during extend it to th eend of your workout. You don't need 2-3 fucking shakes. ALl you need is 1.

And no, I didn't mean three shakes, lol. I meant one shake I sip *during* my workout, which I water down more and more as the workout goes on. This is only to be used when in bulking/building phases. It helps with energy and strength.

Trust me, it's one of the many little sneaky tricks the pros advisers have them do when they are in the offseason. Of course they are also taking gh/slin/igf1 after that workout as well, but you can just use some Rala from the afstore. It won't give the same effect as those powerful drugs mentioned above, of course, but it will help it work better. All the shit you see in their videos, magazines, etc is lies. I don't like to be a traitor to a lot of these guys, as I consider some of them friends, but I won't lie to the people I know here. Those bastards are sneaky and don't like to admit to anything that helps build them that mass.

Like for instance, did you know Dorian Yates didn't do any of that everything once a week, with one set bullshit he pushed in the mags and videos? In actuality, he trained very similiar to DC training. Chest/Back/Delts one workout, day off, Legs/Arms the next, day off, then repeat the first workout. Just off on like that nonstop. That's just one example of the lies fed to people in those mags.
