No, not on year round. And I never go over 750mg-1,000mg range of test and something like 500mg of deca or eq (depending on how I feel) per bulking cycle. I am building, but build while keeping fat down. I don't believe in 'bulking', I believe in building. I'll stick with someone like Milos Sarvec, Gavin Klein or Chad Nichols advice any day of the week, that's just me.
Do I believe I am still burning fat? Training and diet build muscle. Diet and cardio burn fat. But you can build and build clean, it just takes a lot of dedication to eat plenty of high quality meals. And I *never* let my waist get over the 34inch range while bulking, and I am 6'4. My bodyfat range right now? Don't know, but I am about 5lbs heavier than my avi and in the same shape there. For bulking months, that's good enough shape for me
I'm just saying bro, guys who obviously know a heck of a lot more than you, such as myself and AAP (who gave me that bulking shake recipe you said was complete crap a few months back and would make someone fat), and basically write these prick response back. Even with that Mike Mentzer thing a few months back. You don't ask for help and then spit in the persons face who trys to help you, especially when they obviously know more than you. You may not want to follow their advice, but there's no excuse for some of the responses you give to people who only try to help you. Like wtf was up in that Mentzer thread? You read a Mentzer book and like most who do think they had 'their eyes opened'. You told me I was talking out of my ass. Did you ever talk to Mike or any of the people who knew him? Go to RobbyRobinson.com and ask Robby if that's how Mike trained in the 70's. He would know, he was there.
My advice? Get the pill addiction and eating disorder under control. I don't mean that in a bad or mean way either. But to be honest, you shouldn't even be touching gear at this stage and you just finish a cycle, and then I see these vicodin posts every few weeks and then a post on using all these exotic compounds for a 'lean bulk'. I know you are trying hard, and I want you to succeed, I hope you know that. Ask anyone here, I am a very supportive, nice guy and have been for the 6 years or so I've been around. But I can see you are still very concerned over the bodyfat thing and those vic posts keep popping up every few weeks.
I had some of my own problems a couple years ago, we all do. But before touching gear, it's good to sort that stuff out. The vicodin post from last week and that 'lean mass stack' post has me still worried about you. It shows you still have a very bad obession with the whole bodyfat and body image thing. One pill a day bro? Come on thats bs. I don't care if it's 10mg vic, one pill would have stopped working weeks ago, let alone over a year. You make those posts on how to deal with the withdrawls, people respond to help you, then you let the thread die and then another one pops up a few weeks later.
Like I said, I've dealt with my own body image issues, I started at 144.5lbs at 6'4! I was a walking bone! I also had my own issue with a three week stint of perc that I had to deal with. I know where you are/been and have just tried to be a supportive Elite brother, which is why some of your responses in a few of my replies to you over the past few months have not only come off as shocking, but to be honest, rude.
I wish the best for you, and hope you can conquer your demons. I hold no hard feelings or bad will towards anyone. My door is always open to you and *anyone* here on Elite. As far as I am concerned you are all my brothers and sisters.
