I usually always have 2 protein shakes a day.1 in the morning and 1 at night.The rest of the day I eat chicken, tuna, eggs, nuts...ect. I ran out of my protein drink mix about 4 days ago and have not had time to go get more.OMG!!!!Since yesterday, I have lost so much energy.I don't feel sick, just tired and dragging ass!!!!I guess that extra 50-60 grams of protein a day makes a HUGE difference.It's the only thing I have changed lately.I bet that's the problem.I feel like crap.I have been meaning to go buy more but I am so tired, now.I just got off work and I feel so much more tired.I started feeling tired yesterday but 2day ...OMG!!!! I didn't think only going a few days without would make a change this fast!!! I guess I should have increased my protein in other ways on the days that I was out of my mix.
