Looking to get some advice for my PCT!

Hi there everyone! New to the group and on my first cycle and looking to come off. I'm 27, 6'1, 230lbs, Diet is low carb, high protein, mainly game meat and vegetables. Test Cyp for 14 weeks. Doses ranged from .5 in the first 4 weeks and up to .8 by the last 3 weeks of my cycle. Now looking to come off cycle properly and looking for advice. I have Nolvadex and Clomid on hand. I was very misinformed about taking blood tests and having doctors in the picture so I've been doing it on my own, going by feeling and research. I know now that I should get blood tests done on occasion to monitor my levels. From looking I've seen these doses of Nolvadex and Clomid and I'm curious to get some feedback and advice about them.
Nolvadex
40 mg/day for 2 weeks, 20mg/day for another 2-4 weeks, run concurrently with Clomid.

Clomid
for Men @ 100 mg/day for 2 weeks, 50mg/day for another 2 weeks, run concurrently with Nolvadex.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

well not knowing how you did the cycle, tis hard to know how you will do the PCT.

Nolvadex clomid
but you also need hcgenerate to properly recover

Your pct now is not good, you need to set up a LOG with the journal you got now
start a NEW thread, add your diet training cardio sleep and history and cycle info so we can actually help you PCT right
but you sure you want to PCT not Self TRT?

here is what you need to do for REAL help from us since we dont know much about you

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you sound like a cool dude for sure
I would cool off the dosing on those serms you don't want to feel like crap
 
I've run Clomid at 100 mg or higher
I felt like a weeping woman on that dose
 
I posted a new thread with my log. First time doing it so if I missed anything please let me know. I'm very thankful to everyone willing to help me out. This first cycle was very misinformed and mislead but I am now looking to do everything by the book now that I know how misinformed I really was about it. Thank you all again. when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
