Hi everyone..
I would like someone to please have a look at my CKD diet and tell me if i am on the right track... my current stats are:
weight: 170 pounds
age : 29
height: 5.8
bf % :16%
meal 1: 4 whole eggs and 50g cheddar cheese + 1 tbsp coconut oil(7pm)
meal 2: isowhey (post workout)
meal 3: 100g salmon and 1 avocado
meal 4: 100g cooked chicken breast 1/2 avocado 1 tbsp coconut oil
meal 5: same as meal 4
meal 6: isowhey and 50g cheese (9pm)
i had an breast augmentation 4 weeks ago so unfortunately i can only do cardio and leg training for now.... planning on extending the cardio sessions to an hour and doing it at a steady state... i normally train crossfit style but due to the operation i have to steadily get back in the game...very frustrated!!
any advise on carb up the weekend... my last workout will be saturday morning where i will try to deplete all muscle glycogen and then start the carb up saturday night till snday night...
i would like my bodyfat to get down to single digits again like it use to be ...
any advice will be appreciated..
