No, I never do 1 hour of cardio and then the fitness video. It's either one or the other, depending on whether I go to the gym or not. I go to the gym on weekends purely because, with the hours I work, the times I can go to the gym in the week, it is soooooo busy there! Problem is this is the best gym in my area, which is probably why it gets so busy (also think it's busier at the moment because it's January). Ok, thanks bunny for your advice, this will definitely help me.
One more question in relation to diet, I have my protein powder but can I have this for breakfast? I struggle with time in the morning so this would be ideal, rather than egg. Also, I mentioned earlier about mixing the protein powder with milk and sometimes with water. Can I have it with milk all the time or should I sometimes be using water? Oh and the diet tips that are given above somewhere sounds awfully like the Zone diet. Is it similar?
I'v just found exactly what I'm aiming for. I've always admired the way Britney Spears looked when she was at her best and I've finally found some pictures on the net. Below are the links to what my goals are (hopefully they work).
