Need advice on Diet program for tough schedule for ex girl friend.

SHOCKER2

New member
Hello, my ex girl friend is wanting me to help her loose some weight, she is 19yr 5’5” 125 lbs. Her goal weight is some where around 110-115lbs maybe more it all depends upon on she looks and wants to look great as well sense she is getting involved again with modeling, problem with her is she has a very tight schedule sense she works and goes to college full time so eating like she wants to will be a problem and maybe even going to the gym, once we figure out a diet for her we our going to see how her results are with a good diet and ECA stack or clen and no gym, then we will try and add cardio if she is not reaching her goal weight and then weights.

I help a lot of my buddy’s out and have no problem on how to do there diet, but sense I am now dealing with a girl with a crazy schedule what would be a good diet for her and her crazy schedule as well.

-What are some foods she can eat on the run or carry around with her?
-Small meals through out the day?
-After working out will she need a PWO or something diffrent sense she is a girl?
-Please offer any advice, it would be appreciated.
-Also I have never experienced someone using a ECA stack or clen without going to the gym, what you think about this?
-Is a girls protein intake the same as a male is there more I should know about a female diet?

Just to let everyone know I will not give her a ECA stack or clen or any other drug unless I feel her diet is pretty decent and I also go over everything with a friend of mine that is a doctor.

Thanks

SOunds like she might benefit from quantifying how many calories she is currently eating then dropping down to no less than 1300-1400 per day. Also increae exercise as much as possible. Sorry for the short answer but it's a loaded question man. 19 y/o who wants to lose only 10 lbs shouldnt be that bad--taker her couple months with dedication.

she should be eating a hell of a lot more than 1300 or 1400 cals a day..i would say no less than 1700 if she is going to be active

Not knowing anything about her body type / size - specifically her bodyfat, hard to really comment. The weight sounds kinda normal if not light to me, but then I'm also a bodybuilder.... Weight is a shitty way to measure yourself because it really doesn't say much about your body composition.

I'm not a real fan of "no gym" primarily because she can look really amazing by dropping her bodyfat and increasing some muscle mass. But that will depend on whatever look she is goign for w/ the modeling. The runway models w/ toothpick arms scare the shit out of me - there is actually a bicep in there for god's sake.

But anyway -- I'd suggest a basic macronutrient ratio of 40% protein / 30% carbs / 30% fat - its a place to start and then adjust based on results after a month or so. (Takes about 3 weeks for your body to adapt to a change in diet / training and set up a good fuel rate that matches the burn rate.)

Calories-wise -- generally for women 10-12 x your bodyweight for total cals. Protein around 1 -1.2 x your bodyweight. Also women can generally metabolize 30-35 g of protein per sitting (where a "sitting" is a meal eaten every 2-3 hrs) -- that's like 4 oz of chicken, 6 oz of fish, etc. Pretty easy to measure. I'd definitely break meals up into 5-6 small ones per day. I pack food for all my meals for the day because I never know for sure when I'm going to get home, but I have it all w/ me regardless of if I don't have time to go out for lunch or find "clean" food or can even get away from my desk to eat. Hell, I even eat breakfast (protein / egg / oatmeal pancakes) in the car on the way to work.

We've had these discussions a thousand times on the women's board- would suggest you have her take a look at the "Are you new to EF Women's Board - START HERE" sticky.

Part of the challenge of getting a good diet is working out the preparation & packing of it so that it is quick & convenient and works w/ your lifestyle - otherwise it just won't work because its too much of a pain in the ass to do.

The diet itself shoudl help her a lot - but if she can even do some pilates or something -- fitball + bands work? If she doesnt' train now, I'm guessing she doesn't have the greatest muscle mass, so she might lose further muscle mass w/ just diet & cardio... (recall even anorexics can have higher bodyfat...) But not knowing much about where she is now, hard to say. A little muscle makes more fat look better. I"m 5'7 and at competition time, I weighed 139 lb, 7% bodyfat and I wore a size 2 pair of jeans.
