My 10months Ckd Results

well personally I dont think the hgh was used long enough to see any benefit in terms of fatloss. Was sleeping like a baby, had some crazy dreams and felt really good. I had done tests every 6wk throughout the diet to check my bf% and the fatloss wasnt really much greater the weeks I was on hgh. I've got pictures from week 8 too I think If u like to see em just pm me. Concerning the clen usage for 4weeks total was actually a little wrong. Since I was on 10days ckd. I was using it for 20 days total and upping the dosage slowly 1112223334 / EC / 2233333333. I've read a lot about clen and was a bit afraid of getting sides so I never dared to go any higher. Tried it cuz I wanted to see how my body reacted on it. Clen is supposed to be used in conjuntion with carbs to get maximum effect. So ckd isnt really optimal for clen usage. Ephedra+Caffeine combo was safer and better if u ask me.
Sorry to hear that ckd might not be working for you. It did for me and I will be on ckd next time im cutting :) .

I've done CKD and started with about what you started with....got pretty lean except my problem areas (love handles/lower abs), but my problem was I was burning some considerable muscle, so I backed off. I'd like to obtain what you've done in terms of leaness...but with more mass......just don't know if I care to go the HGH route.....mabye anavar instead???

If you re-read his post he clearly states his GH use was only a few weeks, not enough to do anything. Clen = ephedrine, so nothing out of the ordinary, he DID NOT use any steroids, so as far as I'm concerned he did it naturally.

Mr.X, I think you misread my post. I said there are pro's who use 16-18 iu's. By pro's I ment professional bodybuilders. Would I suggest doing it? No, not only is it very dangerous, the $$$ would be rediculous. Something the ballpark of $500 a week (26K a year), if you have a good source who charges a very fair rate.
 
I'm very happy about all the nice responses I got from this post, and ofcourse that it got to be a sticky. Hopefully I have inspired people and given them new strength dieting that sure as hell can wear anyone out. I really think ef is a great community where people that share same interest regardless of sex or race can share thought and give inspiration to eachother. A lot of people has helped me without knowing it. I would have given then karma but just got how the system worked..sorry guys and girls.

Feel out of shape now with all the "usual" food though Im wheigh food and count calories. Most is probably waterweight but I really miss the hard look I had while glycogen depleted. It might sound insane but both me and my trainingpartner want to go back ckd'in again. We kinda lost that contact we had sice we now both are on different training regimes, the musclegroups he lacks I dont and vice versa. On the other hand I really need to pack on muscles and 5x5 training is fun. I will probably try to pack on as much mass as I can until april while tryin to keep fatgain under controll. I'll be takin pics along the way to see if I make any progress, its really a great way to analyse the training/diet.

Dude I am dieting now and I look at your pics almost every other fucking day, saying "damn I am gonna be ripped also!" Maybe I will carry around a picture of you while I am doing cardio to give me some incentive ;)
