I know that these are not AAS but I did a search for clen and found most posts were in this section. If this is in the wrong section I apologize.

I am about to order LiquiClen, T3, and Liquidex from AG Guys. I am looking to lose 35 LBS, hopefully mostly fat. But first, a bit about me:

6'2"
220lbs
32yrs old.
Athletic and fairly strong (not in these circles, but in comparison to the average guy), but have ALWAYS had a high body fat percentage. I have a tiny bit of fat gyno that I am self-consious about, but may just be just fat and not true gyno. I have not lifted weights in a couple of years, but used to lift for many years (never really heavy though - 285 bench max, always 10 reps on sets, etc.)

The reason I do not lift is that I train BJJ and Muai Thai and compete in MMA. This takes most of my workout time and I am always beat up. I train for muscular endurance more than maximum power. I do not care at all about getting bigger.

I have previously fought at 205 and make that weight with ease with diet and a little bit of water cutting. I want to move down to 185 and be a ripped beast at that weight. So the plan is LiquiClen/T3/LiquiDex and get back to the weight room in addition to my MMA training. I want my diet to be spot on for the 12 weeks that I am planning on the below cycle. I have my own ideas regarding diet for cutting and and lifting for muscular endurance, but I would love outside input as I am probably wrong.

Any dosing recommendations would be appreciated. Any thoughts on the stack/cycle? Cramping prevention? Liver protection? Weight routine advice? Diet Advice? Anything else? I am all ears.

Week 1 (4/11 - 4/17): LiquiClen 20-100mcg / T3 6.25mcg / LiquiDex .5mg EOD / 4g Taurine / diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg

Week 2 (4/18 - 4/24): LiquiClen Off / T3 12.5mcg / LiquiDex .5mg

Week 3 (4/25 - 5/1): LiquiClen 100mcg / T3 12.5mcg / LiquiDex .5mg / 4g Taurine / diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg

Week 4 (5/2 - 5/8): LiquiClen Off / T3 12.5mcg / LiquiDex .5mg

Week 5 (5/9 - 5/15): LiquiClen 100mcg / T3 12.5mcg / LiquiDex .5mg / 4g Taurine / diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg

Week 6 (5/16 - 5/22): LiquiClen Off / T3 12.5mcg / LiquiDex .5mg

Week 7 (5/23 - 5/29): LiquiClen 100mcg / T3 12.5mcg / LiquiDex .5mg / 4g Taurine / diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg

Week 8 (5/30 - 6/5): LiquiClen Off / T3 12.5mcg / LiquiDex .5mg

(I often take the Unisom to help me sleep anyway, so I figured why not as part of the cylce for the clen)
 
You ever use clen or t3. You ever try a good Thermo w/ Ephedra. I have heard a lot of guys and gals love needto's stuff also. I hated the sides from Clen, and wont ever use it again. Ephedra works great for me, I am using a ECA stack w/ acai, and I have dropped 13 lbs in a 3 weeks already. Clen works, but I felt like shit while on it.
 
I have personally not tried clen, but have several friends who did. Slightly higher doses than I am targeting, but they did OK. Similar build and strength as me, not that that means anything about how it will effect me.

They did not like the side effects, but said it was worth it. Actually made some strength and weight gains while shredding down quite a bit. I obviously don't want the weight gains.

I was looking at an ECA or LipoStim stack. Was kind of sold on the LipoStim... but can't seem to find it in stock... That got me looking at alternatives. Clen seemed to be the most common recommendation. Maybe too much for where I am at and looking to go though?
 
What is your diet like. I use to work out at Title Boxing club in KC, and I saw what you MMA guys go through. I would have a hard time thinking with a clean diet alone you wouldn't drop a lot of weight.
 
Yeah, diet is my biggest foe. It is rough, and therefore my current weight.

I do know how to eat clean (at least I think) and can do it. The diet plan is as follows:

Meal 1- 6 whole eggs (large eggs)

Meal 2- 8oz. chicken breast with 1/2 cup cashews/almonds

Meal 3- 50 gram whey isolate protein with 2 tbsp Natural PB

Meal 4- 8oz. steak (sirlon) and green salad with 1 tbsp of olive oil with vineger

Meal 5- 8oz. chicken breast with 1/2 cup cashews/almonds

Meal 6- 8oz. steak (sirlon) and green salad with 1 tbsp of olive oil with vineger

Meal 7- (if staying up late) Tuna and brocolli

I got this from somewhere online and tweaked it a tiny bit. But it is my general idea of a clean eating for cutting. It is my plan for the cycle. I respond well to low carb. I hate it and it makes the MMA training a bitch, but respond well for weight/fat loss.
 
Additionally, I feel like my testosterone is a bit low. Sluggish, low sex drive, loss of strength and stamina, etc. Might be age and what not, but that was another factor in the stack I am considering. Liquidex at .5 - 1 mg per day is reported to increase testosterone production significantly. I really don't want to take external test and deal with PCT and all of that, but I would love to boost MY testosterone production.
