I've recently noticed that after i get into ketosis, about 2 days in, afterwards, when you do something weighted, like, holding a dumbell to failure, i don't get any pump in my forearms. When on a low carb diet, close to zero, your body produces little to no lactic acid for that pump feel?
I don't mind, because i climb, and usually when im climbing, what haults my endurance to go further is the pump i get in my forearm that prevents me from gripping any further.
