6am- chicken breast
9am- protein shake
12pm- chicken breast
2pm- protein shake
5pm- chicken breast
6pm- gym
8pm- ribeye steak
protein shake
1 cup 2% milk
Heres what it boils down to cal/protein/fat/carbs: 2157/359/66/24
I know I need to throw in the oats in the morning. That will be in the plan tomorrow
