Home Gym vs Real Gym

Yeah way to many distractions at home. Computers, tv's, family, phone etc.

I find I can concentrate way harder at the gym, and stay keep my focus. Plus I can watch women in between my sets :D

Honestly...I get way more distractions at gyms. I like to be like a Hermit when I train. That is one reason why I always wear a sock toboggan...I feel more focused. I can pull it way down so I can ONLY see what is in front of me. At the gym there are lots of people, too much equipment, etc...

Home gyms are great if set up properly. I sorta ran out of room in my basement though. Wish it was bigger. I do have 3 benches 1 olympic 1 flat utility and 1 incline/decline adjustable. A smith machine (I train alone alot and it`s a good spot) Chest supported row is "in the mail" # sets of olymic weights (over 1000 pounds and a few hundred of standard plates. Dumbells up to 100 pounds. Can`t use the heavy ones yet. lol Lat machine with low row.bunch of bars and dumbells/attachments. rubber flooring under the center of the space.
No power cage OH NO! I HAVE NO MORE ROOM. I know NOW that it should have been my first piece of equipment.

No lines, no sweaty benches. No traffic, No assholes, but also no power cage. Anyone want to buy a slightly used Smith machine. lol
