Hello

Thx for the education Bo! I got myself so deep into the bb side of it all, I've neglected the rest of women's competition. (I DO NOT do flying splits, so fitness is not an option for me! BB comp is hard because you either stay natural and stick to the low end local competitions or start juicing and join the ranks of the she-males if you want to seriously compete.)

Sounds like you have a great attitude regarding the cancer news (really sorry about that!) - attitude alone does wonders! Throw in way healthy lifestyle & you are off and running. Set up some goals like competition!!!! and you have nothing left to do except succeed!

Definitely looking forward to seeing the next set of pix!

I Think you look great and im sure you will do great in the competition cause you got both beauty and muscles.

Good Luck

Hey,
I'm back after a short set back..... still in the gym and working HARD!!!!

Thanks for all of the feed back!

I'll post new picks after the weekend.

Bo :wavey:

Hey there...

Just wondering: Did you decide to get into competition as a result of diagnosis? I think you deserve a ton of credit for dedicating yourself to a goal such as this.

As far as your physique goes, you look fantastic. Yes there are some areas you could bring up (we all have at least one or more!) but I think overall it would be best to focus on buildng lean body mass. You have the shape, now you need the muscularity. Remember: Intensity in the gym! That and diet, I believe, are key.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions (I am by no means a top expert on fitness and bodybuilding but I have, over the course of 7 years, gone from 145 to 210 and placed third and second respectively in my last two shows. I know a few things).

Good luck and keep up the good work!

You look good girl.
Good luck with your competition.
Hang in there with your fight with
cancer, you can beat it.
