Dumbbell Shrugs:
60lbs x 10 x 4
Reverse peck deck:
40lbs x 20
60lbs x 10
70lbs x 10 x 2
Seated overhead press:
95lbs x 10
115 x 10 x 3
Barbell shrugs:
70lbs x 10 x 4
And done!
just be careful on the shoulders. see a lot of guys over train
