Still in pct now I'm around 190lbs I'm getting leaner, I like pct set up but I have noticed my farts are absolutely horrible lol maybe tmi but its the truth and it started when I started pct so I'm thinking it has to do with that lol I cleared a section of the gym the other day real talk I was laughing so hard lol I'm in calorie deficit now around -500 with cardio in the morning. My strength has gone down but I think that is due to lack of food so I have about a week left of pct then I can really say what I kept but so far I have kept 10lbs witch I would take for 6 weeks
