You don't like them.... because...... you don't know how to cook them

I've cooked them and I've tasted them -- I've made pate out of them..... as a matter of fact I cooked some the other day for my kitties....

I don't like the way liver taste -- it has a "taste" to it I don't like.... I don't like the internal organs of animals....

Call me crazy, but I've always liked chicken livers. I'll have to try those recipes. Thanks!
