So I started out with some light machine back extentions to feel it out. 3 sets of those and abs to tighten up the core. Then went on to BB squats. 1 set with the bar and 3 sets of 10 with 95 lbs to 90 degrees. And yeah I felt like a pussy, but hey, I didn't hurt myself. Then loaded up the leg press.
Thanks everyone. Next time I will throw the 35's on and maybe do some light deads after. the road to recovery is a bitch, but i am glad I am able to do what I can.
