I agree. I would switch to a bar with low sugar. Sugar is the biggest evil. Avoid alcohol sugar too.
I would not put any sugar in your coffee either.
Sugar intake does not allow the body to use stored fat for energy! Avoid it at all costs!
Overall, nice job though. Keep dialing in the diet and you will continue to make improvements!
