i would like train for a npc teenage contest that is in 6 months. i am 5'10" 217lbs and around 20% body fat most in gut and inner thighs have been training hard for size but doing 25 min of cardio around 3-5 days a week off and on...cant seem to do any good with diets ....could someone help me out maybe if there is someone that around 40 miles from terre haute ,Indiana could help me train and help with a nice diet to lose body fat but not much muscle would greatly appreciate ....

Hey man, I'm no where near you, but I can tell you that if you want to compete, you must learn to do good on diets. The diet is the key. You can weight train perfectly, do a ton of cardio, but if you don't eat correctly, you'll never lose the bf. You need to lose about 15% to compete. The first 5-7% should come off pretty quickly with no loss of muscle, but then it will become harder. I don't think it's necessary to tell you how or what to eat since there is tons of info on here. If you have more specific questions ask, otherwise, eat correctly and up the cardio. You have 6 mos. to get in shape, so don't worry about the muscle right now.

Look

Look up the CRum Cake diet, or check out my thread, It seems to be working well for me lots of fat loss, im in keto sometimes sometimes im not, but I feel good, and muscles look full, which is key.
