First cycle, Need some advice, thanks!

I remember the feeling at 19 of course there was no internet we were force fed advice from Bodybuilding and ads saying take this or that,the pro's do, it was all hype,now right at your fingertips Quality advice from Bro's who have had first hand experience. Sweed, Rick ,Bradpitt and more are here willing to help,so ask away.
 
Train 4 times a week (2days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, then rest), consume the protein/body weight ratio every day, not just heavy training days, some creatine and some Amino Acids, clean diet of like 3500 should bring you unbelievable gains, but it is imperative that your diet stays up, all the time, it takes dedication to do this, Major, some organization in your life is all you need, good luck. Just my opinion.

Sorry Bro, I missed two days of school and trying to make it back up has been killer. I promise it will come here in a few hours. I go off on tangents too, so I hope it doesn't take forever.
