I second what befold says. What ya'll call a bodybuilder and what call one are two different things. The ones i am referring to are Big 250 to 300 off seasaon. 16 to 20 % bodyfat. Then they when its time they rip up and compete. A little 175lber with 5% bodyfat and little legs, is not a bodybuilder. They run around saying "Iam 5% Bf" or "my waist is 29". How good does a 29" waist look under a 42 Inch chest? Get fuckin real thats 13" difference. So i agree until you compete your NOT a bodybuilder, you are a gym patron lookin gto get in shape. You are NOT ripped, you are skinny! Get my point?
For anyone to down any powerlifter That person would need to have at least as much mass as the one he is bad mouthin. If your 220plus have 20" guns, 50 plus chest , 30" thighs , And be shredded too, then and only then can you say your body is better then someone. Who cares a bout a 165 lb shredded dude, who reps 185 on the bench and does half squats then tells people how good he looks. YOu come to my gym little man withthat attitude, i will punk you out, in front of your women , your boys who ever you bring.
