Do you all watch your sodium intake?

When bulking, I end up having to have make alot of stuff in the microwave at work, alot of crap goes into my body. Does anybody here have an idea of how much sodium they consume in a day? I've heard that people recommend not going over 1000mg a day, but how's that possible when you are cramming 3-4 thousand cals? Thanks

Drink ALOT of water daily and it's not a problem.

Personally I intake around 2.5 gallons every day now and don't exactly "watch" my sodium but I don't eat much if any processed foods right now... i'll add sea salt to some meals if i want too.

Not going over 1g of Na ed is for the general public... we're not "normal"

Don't worry about it... keep H20 high.

I don't really, though If you keep an eye on what you eat, you will be most likely already keeping a low sodium diet:

there's not much sodium in chicken breasts, brown rice, oats, etc...

If you eat a lot of microwave stuff (ready-to-eat-meals) your problem is different and not only sodium

That's what I like to hear. Water. I drink plenty of that stuff. I mix chicken breast with brown rice, man I'm so sick of that. It's been so bland lately that I put garlic powder on it. I've never been a person to put seasoning or spices into food. But it helps me take the stuff down. Thanks for the replies gentlemen.
