Diet for Test/Tren cycle

My goal is too put some lean muscle on while dropping a few BF %
What is the best diet to get the most out of this cycle. (Please see my other post for cycle details)

In terms of calories should i keep them above maintainence for growth and energy?
Or keep at maintainence to take advantage of the fat loss properties of tren.
What worked for you?

This is roughly my current diet.

150 C
60 F
2600-2800 Cals

I could probly afford to drop some protein and add more carbs.
 
Hi Superturkey

Personally speaking, if you're running trenbalone and propionate together (what dose?) at 2500kcals/day then growing at all will be in hope, rather than expectation.
You could probably do better eating like the above on non-training days (2700kcals) and on training days boost that caloric intake to 3,500kcals with the extra coming from complex CHO sources.

Your protein intake is right up there at the high end of the scale in anyone's book. I feel this could come down to 200g/day/non-training and 220g-250g/day/training days and raise the CHO also, on training days. How you go about it is up to you, but that's my initial recommendation. Either way, you need to increase kcals to some extent.
