Hello Everyone,

I am not new to the site nor workingout and diet but I have been out of the Gym for a lil over 2 years and finally got bit buy the bug again. before going off my routine I was 230 with about a 4% BF. since then I went up and down in my weight losing some of my muscle..the heaviest I went was 270 and now back down to 235. I started back in the gym cardio and weights 5 days a week and implemented a diet (which is what im looking for feed back on) I DL'd an app on my phone "Calorie counter" to help me with this process.

I started back in the gym 3 weeks ago with a weight of 235 and to date I am at 228. I currently take in 1500 cal (plus or minus) around 200 g of protien and roughly arond 170 g of carbs. In the gym I do a min of 1 hr of cardio a day with 30 min weight training inbetween (just to break it up) Im am not taking any supplents at the moment except for oxyelite pro.

Thoughts?

Sorry forgot to tell you my goal. I want to reach a weight of 210 while maintaining muscle mass.
