Ok fellas I have a bench press contest Saturday the 22nd and was wanting to ask your guys opinion about how I should train or not train the week before? I was thining about just doing legs on Monday and taking the rest of the week off and use it for making weight if I need to. The contest is broken up into weight classes, obviously, and it a rep contest for 200 and 300 lbs. Also, awards will be given for overall best lifter which I am also eyeing. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
