the thought has just occurred to me, can dieting stop me from having growth spurts (in height that is) Im currently 19 y/o at 5 foot 5. I haven't grown since high school but have only been dieting for about 3 months.
In these 3 months i have made good progress and have only a bit of stubburn fat left on the love handles and stomach but i was wondering if my body might have tried to have a growth spurt within those 3 months and my dieting could have stopped it.
When having growth spurts do you need to take in my calories like when bulking to make it happen (thats if its going to). Does ne1 now about this cause i damn well hate bein a short fry
