Hi,
I've been searching for calculators which indicate how much calories I need for a while on the forum and Google and I found that a few calculators said I need 3000 calories a day to maintain weight - but I done a test at my local gym (with a £500+ piece of equipment - bodystat 1500) and it said I need 4115kcal energy providing I am still doing high activity physical work and going to the gym a lot.
What one do you think sounds more realistic? I weight 182lb, 8.2% BF. It also says my metabolic rate at rest (the test in the gym) is 2200kcal~ I can't see me burning just short of 2000 calories in a day, I dunno though.... Anyone?
