Back bicep day didnt go to well as gettin pains in wrist an forearm??think going to get glucosamine an gelatin

Deadlift 5x5 110kg
Single arm db row 40kg
Low pulley cable rows 60kg
Lat pulldown 60kg this really hurt arm n wrist

Seated bicep alt curls 16kg
Hammer curls 16kg
Reverse bicep on z bar 12kg a side
Chest on incline bench bicep curls to hit brachialis 12kg

Nice workout bro.
Have you ever considered Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows BBL?
With that you could drop one or two of your bicep excersized and save that energy for some really heavy arm work, IMO...just thinking out loud here bro but would like to hear your thoughts.

Diet

Woke up had 40g whey 40g maltodextrin with eaa bcaa cee an made up another shake as above an off to gym ti sip during
Pwo is 40g whey

Meals for work n snacks are as always

Oooooft forgot 3 caps if beast hr before gym

Just starting to feel the hunger cumin now as opposed to oh no not time to eat again

Gonna start adding b12 tomorow sc every 2 nd day

Gym today was sum cardio no weights,did weigh myself an im 208lb so dont know if its water or fat,im running letro an beast now so should be dry,il post pic tomorow an see war yous think

Pretty sure he means with a barbell mate.
Like a normal bent over row but with a supinated grip. Similar to T bar but use a barbell and keep your back parallel to the floor.

When RADAR did Beast he would only go Mon-Fri and stop it on the weekends. This he got longer time on it during his workout days. He swears by this scheme.

Yep! I like longer workouts besides 2 days isn't going to make much difference. but! What happened was i got a serious side effect,i became a beast!

Yeah I was thinkn about adding that when I drop red meat but dont wanna deal with the extra injections...should def help with the lethargy from beast and increase your appetite AA well, keep us posted on the b12 bro
 
Yep what CS said bro. BBL holding like your gonna curl it but do bent over rows instead. That is some sericous heavy weight bidep work. Back parallel to the floor and each rep off the floor.
