Lat pulldown 60kg this really hurt arm n wrist
Seated bicep alt curls 16kg
Hammer curls 16kg
Reverse bicep on z bar 12kg a side
Chest on incline bench bicep curls to hit brachialis 12kg

With that you could drop one or two of your bicep excersized and save that energy for some really heavy arm work, IMO...just thinking out loud here bro but would like to hear your thoughts.
