What's up guys just an update from bicep training. Workout went great and looking better in the mirror every day now ! I did my normal sets and reps and weights and it was still challenging. I find myself wanting to have a training session where I pick up the weights and I don't have to force my muscles to lift the weight if that makes sense lol . It was one if those days where I had some stuff I had to do earlier in the day and it was a little physical and I didn't mentally prepare myself for training I just slammed my pwo and shake and hit the gym. I breezed through my warmup but once I put that working weight on there and picked it up a little light went off in my head that said "we need to get in another frame of mind to lift this" lol . Anyway I got my act together and pushed through the workout. It's crazy it was only bicep and calves but it had me drained and huffing and puffing when I was done !!!! And then I had to go to the track and get my cardio in !!! My knee had some weird pain on the side and my calves were obviously fatigued so my run wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. On a positive note I just don't get tired running !!!!! I mean can truly tell that my endurance is beyond what it should be. So this is contest prep and why most can't do it !!!!!!! Its such a demand from every aspect of your life but man is it nice to be shredded
I hope to get some deadlift videos up gonna try and hit 500lbs. For a few reps , here's the bicep training
Barbell curl - 2 sets of 6 reps with 155lbs.
Standing EZ bar curl - 2 sets of 6 reps with 152lbs.
Dumbbell curl - 2 sets of 5 reps with 70lb. Dumbbell
Smith Machine calf raises - 2 sets of 10 reps with 210lbs.
Donkey calf raise - 2 sets of 12 reps with 150lbs.
Also I believe the sarms and letrozone is the best stack I've ever done , I feel good and am strong and I look better every day , the vision sides are not bad but apparent all the time now so I'm going to hold at 60mg ED for right now. I'm not bothered by them per say but I feel like my dose is sufficient for my goals.
