5x5 flat bench wide as possible grip to reduce shoulder workin
5x5 decline again wide,both done at 85kg
Flat flys 24kg 5x5 struggled a bit with these an increased rest to over a min
Dips haha fuk me,7 sets jus bodyweight,not 1 set over 6 reps

Cpl of joints like wrists etc hurt so gonna try the gelatine the gods recomend
