Got up had an orange,raisins cup of oats the 30min later 50g whey iso/con mix with 50g maltodextrin,waited 15min then hit gym with another shake with 30g whey 30g maltodextrin essential amminos creatine ethyl esther...remember im nighshift so i basicly wake up eat sum then gym
Workout was chest an triceps,gonna try focus more on lower chest 1 day an 3 days later do incline
5x5 flat bench wide as possible grip to reduce shoulder workin
5x5 decline again wide,both done at 85kg
Flat flys 24kg 5x5 struggled a bit with these an increased rest to over a min
Dips haha fuk me,7 sets jus bodyweight,not 1 set over 6 reps
Cable crossivers 3x12 25kg
Lying on bench db skullcrushers,5x5 16kg
Db kickbacks 12kg 5x5
Cable tricep push with rope 3x12
Cpl of joints like wrists etc hurt so gonna try the gelatine the gods recomend
Pwo was 38g whey concen with 5 egg whites
Off to work
Food taken to work was to hot flasks with brown rice 2 cod in each
4litre skimmed milk 4 whey shakes an 4 cups of oats
Apple,orange,almonds
Oat cakes natty peanut butter fir snacking

Any recomendations on beast timung an best nutrition as i wake then hit gym

Take the beast spread out, it says 2 caps an hour before training on the bottle but the headaches will be a right pain if you do that. If you're taking 3 per day morning, noon and night if 2 then an hour before training and one at night. If you're not running any test you may find the lethargy a right b*stard to get through, although some peeps reckon they don't get it.
