Letrozone log w/Sarms in PCT and in Sarms cycle

hello guys , i have an update on the back training from yesterday and some shoulder training today. i got some training vids im going to post youtube links to , im am so computer illiterate it took me a while to get everything prepared and im sorry if its bad quality or whatever. i would recommend you watch them on a desktop so you can see we are all in excellent shape and we havent even started to really cut calories yet. we are 13 weeks out as of yesterday. back training went great and everybody was pretty pumped !!! my brother is the guy in the vids with the pony tail and goatee and the pretty boy is our friend josh who usually tries to do some type of cross fit rep range every time lol. my brothers back is tweeked a little so he didnt do any deadlifts or v-bar rows. we all has a very intense training session though and had a great time. they are both leaner than me by a little but my strength is alot better in all lifts and im the only one to have done a show, and i know my timeline and where i need to be , so i like to trim down slowly and preserve all the muscle i can. they are both doing physique so they are shooting for lean. i have decided to end my pct this coming sunday which is only 3 days early and start the full dose of letrozone and my s-4 and lgd-4033 , needless to say im pumped !!!!!! heres the workouts and links to vids below (i hope they work and sorry for punctuation on this im rushing to get it posted gotta do some food prep :) ).

Thanks for the positive comments ! Also I forgot to include that I made a calorie skim to my diet starting today (Monday) I deducted 1 oz. of chicken from meal # 4 & meal # 6 for a total calorie deduction of 100 calories. Next week will mark 12 weeks out and I will be making weekly skims at that point.

i like the calorie cut idea... i often find myself doing that... the leaner you are, you can really tell what causes what in your body and how it reacts to each addition or subtraction... thanks for posting the vids and for the excellent updates bro... everything is going great and your progress is excellent... keep up the hard work bro...

That is the right way to prep, so I'm glad to see you doing that. I see too many guys cutting too many calories early on which doesn't give them any wiggle room to drop further when things stall out, and that can lead to extreme dieting, and going in flat with muscle loss. Small weekly or biweekly cuts over the course of the entire prep are the best way I have found to do it.

Thanks for the encouragement guys ! I'm gonna have a lot more pics and vids up and conditioning will improve every week once I start skimming , it will be great for people to see how these legal supps work when nutrition and training are on point.

Hello guys , just an update after my two days off , I had leg training today and it about killed me lol . I had a really busy day at work . I work at an oil refinery and we are doing some demo on some 10 inch pipe and a few tanks and I was up and down scaffold ladders 10 times and running a 1 inch impact gun for a few hours !!!! I can't complain because we were very slow Monday and Tuesday , it only figures we would be slammed on my leg day during a prep when there's no such thing as tomorrow or reschedule for another day lol . So anyway got home applied my letrozone , drank my preworkout , checked some emails and made my preworkout shake. That all took about 45 minutes , I like to give the letrozone plenty of time to absorb into my skin , plus I put it on my shoulders tonight and I wore a sleeveless shirt for training. Anyway I warmed up as usual and my goal was to do one extra rep on each set and I did that on all sets except one but I was very fatigued and I could just tell I had a long day . But I got my work in and my legs felt crushed . I truly feel these type of days are what separates men with ok physiques and men with great physiques !!! Here's the workout ;

Barbell squat - 4 sets of 5 reps with 405lbs. , 1 set of 4 reps with 405lbs.
Smith machine single leg lunges - 2 sets of 5 reps each leg with 160lbs.
Stiff leg dead lifts super set with lying leg curls - 2 circuits of this super set , stiff leg deads 2 sets of 5 reps with 275 , lying leg curls 2 sets of 8 reps with 70lbs.

Chest is tomorrow so don't need quite as much energy for that thank god !!
