Well after a great two week vacation in the colorado rockies I had to come back to reality .. and hard. Last nights workout plain sucked. All weights seemed heavy as hell. Stayed at my last weight in my 5x5 workout but dropped a rep or two off last workout. I did not eat "well" on vacation and but I actually lost 5 pounds due to all the hiking. But back on the saddle I go.
