Man I had a steady lifting partner for two years, then moved, had another and went to hospital, now have a pretty good one.
I'm basically his personal trainer for free but he's a good mate.. Apart from the fact that on my 4th workout of my first cycle... He tears a muscle at his L6 if I recall correctly.. So now I'm on my own doing a full compound strength program (train at a gym I have the key to) without a spot.. I'd advise against it.. It really does help knowing someone has your back.. Even if it's to take you to hospital for BP haha
Time to ask my little girlfriend to watch me lift heavy stuff
