6 week log for Sky

Okay okay...Im going to try this again! Last time I tried keeping a log I just couldnt find all the time but I think it does motivate me. I have been eating just so so. Today I had a ton of fruity alcohol drinks and some chocolate. And ice cream 2 nights in a row last night and the night before. So my weight went from 126 to 130 fast. This can happen overnight! Urgh!
The deal E O is that I have to get ready for Vegas baby! New Years Eve are some big parties and I am going to get ready for it. Also I am going to do some more photo shoots when I reach my goal.
Last time my b/f was checked it was 16.8 but that was Oct 14th. Nearly 1 month ago. Its probably about 17 % right now. Im going to have it checked the 1st week of December and the last week of December. I want to be at least 13 % by the time I go to Vegas.
My only cheat meals starting tomorrow will be Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve. And I am NOT going to go to crazy like I always do. lol
So for now I am going to do a shit load of cardio and weights 5 days a week. Also yoga 3 days a week. I will eat very clean. Im cutting out fruit for this mission. Urgh!

I have decided to try the Pintoca Calculator. Took me a few days to figure it out because my spreadsheet was working right but he took the time to help me out and Im ready to try it. It has me increasing my calories but it makes sense with my exercise activity. So Im going to give it a try. I was eating about 11x's bw weight bf and would lose fine until and cheat day. lol So this is what I am going to try and see what happens.

Way to get back on the bandwagon! Especially before th holiday's it means more then those that wait till Januarary to hit the gym because of some stupid new resolution! Why wait for the first of the year when today is as good as any to make a change!!

Exactly! I dont wanna be the one who is like....oh no..what did I do to myself. lol BUt I am giving myself a free meal on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. other thatn than...thats it.

I got a little side tracked. And havent done my journal. I partied Thurs night and slept 3 hours that night. I woke up wondering where I was and I was in my car, the sun was coming up and I was parked in my girlfriends apt complex. I was in the passenger seatr thank God. LOL So Friday was a wasted say and last night was to because I was having boy issues. Damn boys! The good news is I went from 130 to 124 in weight. It has only been 5 days since I started cutting. And the last 2 days were not all that strict. I didnt even check fitday. They werent as strict as to entering everything I shovled into my mouth. I have just been eating very clean foods. And the alcohol was vodk tonic and dirty ketel one martinis. NOt that it makes it any better. lol
So tomorrow Ill be back into logging world.
 
Damn I am behind! Still logging in Fitday but havent made it here in a while. I had one screw up two nights ago. I think do to pms..I put chocolate and pbutter on my toast and woke up with a bad belly ache. Who eats shit like that before bed anyways? lol My weight had went from 130 to 122 in 6 days. BUt because of the screw up I actually gained 3 pds from it. I think I may have been allergic to something in it. I plan to get a full allergy test this month to screen everything.
