I do my cardio pretty much everyday either on the treadmill (fast paced walking) for 40mins or on the stepper for 30mins.
My meals for today so far and the rest of the day are:
Breakfast: Protein shake
Mid morning : Leftover protein that was cooked.. today its chicken breast with rice
Lunch: Rice and Tuna
Afternoon: Homemade protein balls
Dinner: Beef Mince With Veggies
Late night : Protein shake
