Will walking every day hinder mass gains?

So after dieting/maintaining a while, I am 6' and around 165 pounds. I do slow (110 BPM) walking every single morning for about 30-40 minutes. I am addicted to it, it really makes my day go better.

Now that I am switching my focus to gaining some mass over the next year or so, would the walk hinder results? I mean I plan on eating 2800-3200 every day with a well balanced diet so I was thinking it would be ok. I mean 110 BPM really is just slightly elevated walking, I can talk to someone while doing it but it really helped shed 20 pounds of fat.

If it makes your day better I wouldn't stop it man, aslong as you are eating alot of cals I wouldn't worry, 110 isn't that high anyway. If u think it is hindering gains you could always drink a shake while your walking anyway...

You could take a couple grams of l-glutamine too before the walk if you think it is hindering mass gains, also remember if you are addicted to it you are just addicted to the endorphins being released, which are like morphine lol, so you are a drug addict basically;) But that's true of all exercise....

i bet at a normal pace, the 30-40 minutes you walk, you're burining 200-225 calories.. max.
1 powerbar and your even.
