Westside is the best system.

Training each part once a week isnt enough, I know because I used to do it.

Check out the best system at www.elitefts.com

Amen!!

To the rest of you.......the last post was just some fun!!! If you read the board you will see a certain member who was pushing his 200 odd sets for arms idea. Iwas just poking some fun at this person because he made such a big deal out of it. When somebody tried it and gained a half inch of swelling this person was shouting alot......now that the swelling is disappearring he has gone quiet. That is all.

Geez some of you take everything so seriously!! I thought I made it obvious with the 1000 sets.......guess not. Next time I'll go with a million :).

Intensity is the key ingredient to gaining mass and size, with plenty of food and rst of course:D

I personally like periodization between powerlifting and bodubuilding, with some sprinter's runs included....

Yeh! Follow Advaiks 250+ sets, just do it for legs!

Tell us the results! If you can gain 1/2 inches on your arms, maybe you can gain 5 inches on your quads!!!!

Only problem is he doesn't seem so sure about keeping that half inch now........
