What to eat between AM cardio & ...

I am planning to do 35 minutes intense cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and then later that day, hopefully before noon, to do a full body circuit (3x, light weight, high reps). I was wondering how exactly I should space these events out? Circuit immediately after cardio? After a meal? If so what type of meal? I Plan to have a 50g maltodextrin + 30g Whey shake after circuit. Is that a good idea? Anyone who knows please help. Thanks alot.:confused:

This all depends on what your goals are...
If you're doing AM cardio I would wait about 6hrs until you do a circuit training session and you can eat before the circuit: something like oatmeal and protein (slow digesting).

My goal is to gain quality bodyweight and muscle. I am 18yr., 6'1" 160lbs. I have to wait 6 hours? So if cardio ends at 7 AM, do circuit at 1 PM. What meals should come between. You said oatmeal but thats only one meal and that is 6 Hrs. Trying not to lose too much after cardio, kind of turn it around quickly. Should I eat immediately and then when and what. Thanks Mr. X, very helpful.

All depends on the diet you're following....
Just have 3 meals in between, every 2 hrs...
maybe one w/ 1/2 cup yams and 5oz. chicken breast
and one w/ 40g protien + 1tbsp. flaxseed oil
