I am planning to do 35 minutes intense cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and then later that day, hopefully before noon, to do a full body circuit (3x, light weight, high reps). I was wondering how exactly I should space these events out? Circuit immediately after cardio? After a meal? If so what type of meal? I Plan to have a 50g maltodextrin + 30g Whey shake after circuit. Is that a good idea? Anyone who knows please help.
