Week 10 of 12 Week Challenge

2 weeks to go. Think I'm doing pretty good, at least at the gym. I'm really going to have to watch what I eat these next two weeks. This will be hard, because I start my new job Monday and everyone will want to go to happy hours and stuff to say goodbye and to celebrate new job!!!! I'll have to work in some extra cardio :D.

So who's still in? We had a pretty long list in the beginning, but only Backlash and BBF have been posting lately.

Well, I'm holding more water for some reason, and can't figure out why. I'm back up to 217. I'll have it figured out by the end of the week, hopefully.

I am still here sorta. Have had a major setback with this darn neck injury and metabolism has slowed to a crawl but I am eating fairly clean so I imagine that is my only saving grace for now. When I recover from the next (hopefully last) procedure, I can concentrate on a new goal/challenge. What a challenge it will be right here at the holidays!

When is your next procedure? I know you posted it before, but I forget.

still in, though it seems like I hit a plateau and haven't seen many changes lately. I'm concerned because I want to see some muscle shape in my arms but my delts just seem to be lagging.

LB, the next procedure is nerve cauterization at 5-6 levels in the neck on Halloween. Hopefully, someone will cancel for this Friday (the only day my dr. does this procedure) and I can get it done sooner. I have gotten second third and fourth opinions on this and everyone says the same thing "Get it done or get cut". Getting cut on has a longer recovery time; the cauterization has approx. 1 week. I think I can deal with this another couple weeks as opposed to months. So there is a ray of hope here. :) Thanks for asking.

:)

My squat is progressing again (back feeling a lot better). Got up to 105 last night. I'll never make 155 for 5 in the next 2 weeks, but I'm happy as long as I'm progressing without hurting my back. Can't wait to get back to 135 for my 5x5.
