Current Stats: Age: 30 BW: 198 BF: 15% Height: 5'10

Below is a outline of what I am thinking of running along with workout and diet. Please let me know what you guys think of my proposed cycle and training. I have been focusing the last 8 months on getting as strong as I can get and slowly lowering my body fat, it has worked quite well. I am also quiet confused on the diet part as far as how many calories I should be trying to get in. Ideally I would like to drop some bf and add some more lean muscle mass and possible increase strength. I know I am probably asking for too much, but I have done it in the past with good results.

Training: I am going to start the smolov squat routine along with the smolov junior routine for bench. I am going to keep in my weighted pull ups and dips along with my weighted needsize situps. I know it's a lot but I want to see what happens and I enjoy beating the shit out of myself.

Diet: This is where I am lost as far as calories come into play, I am going to be squatting and benching 4, times a week along with my weighted pull ups and dips. I am currently maintaining my bodyweight and strength and dropping body fat very slowly at between 2800 cals to 3000 cals per day. My macro split has been around 50p 30c 20f. Diet is very solid and all calories come from chicken, turkey, steaks, fresh vegetables, oatmeal, protein shakes and whole wheat low carb tortillas. I have been thinking about giving intermittent fasting a go, but not quite sure.

Old Pics from about a month ago: I have a couple of pics from a month ago. I have gotten noticeably leaner and have top abs showing pretty well. I am dealing with some loose skin, which sucks.

I'd say go with high protein, moderate carbs and as low of fats as possible. Try to reduce your sugars and starchy carbs. Since your goal is gain some strength i'd at least run maintenance calories (there's a calculation somewhere, search for it) but do a fair amount of cardio. I've done a similar stack and ran a calorie deficit of about 500 below maintenance which helped me lower my bf considerably. You'll want to set up a diet that has lots of things like LEAN meats, green veggies, fat free greek yogurt, nuts for good fat, egg whites and shakes. Put a plan together and run by everyone over in the diet forum and you'll get some fine tuning help. Good luck.
 
with all this i would eat as you normally do. the 3 sarms + some cardio is all you need to lean out as long as you dont eat like shit. your pct is stronger than you need it but it will prolly be good cuz you will still continue to make gains in pct.

overall looks good. should be fun
 
Im still learning about Sarms, but I think you may be starting off s4 a little too high. Some people get vision sides even at a starting dose of 50mg

^^^^This is a good point. You'll likely have night vision and/or yellowish vision sides which are temporary. If u run into this then just reduce the dosage.
