Hey, I have currently been doing TKD and was just alittle confused on if I should take complex carbs when I first wake up. I know that you are suppose to because your body has been fastening for about 8 hours and when you first wake up your muscles need something that digest quick. The only other time I take in carbs is in the afternoon for pre and post workout. So is the complex carbs in the mourning necessary?
