All the heavy dead lifters out there that have encouraged me to do dead for a strong lower back.
I just wanted to throw out a thank you.
Two nights ago my girlfriend left her shoes on the top of the steps. I hit them and and fell down a flight of steps. I landed on my back hard, it's sore as hell. I have a huge black bruise down my entire back.
Alias, I'm fine. I attribute that to having a strong back. I honestly feel that if I did not work out and did not concentrate on my back so much I would have been in much much worse shape. So I have to thank the deadlifts, and the people on this board for the encouragement to continue with heavy deads....
