Feeling any better, girlie? It seems like a lot of people are going thru this cold/allergy thing right now. My eyes won't stop watering!

So your weight is actually lower and your not doing much cardio right now? Wow, that's great! Are you starting a bulking cycle too? Seems like a lot of the girls are since the weather is changing.

I'm still stuffed up, by WAY better than I was on Wed/Thurs. I think I had a combo of the flu/cold. I just take the benadryl to sleep through the night.

My weight was lower. I'm not sure where it is at right now - I'll weigh myself tomorrow am. I feel about 150lbs though...lol

Yes, I want to put on some muscle, but I'm not 'bulking' I don't compete, so I don't mind if it takes 2 years.....lol. I gained LBM on the Shadow program, so I'm going to stick with something similar.

Hope your eyes quit running :)

Glad to hear you are feeling better!! Everyone around me is hacking... I just keep taking my vitamin C and drinking my green tea... Seems to be working so far!! Hope you had a good weekend..

Got my BF tested today - 14.3%. I didn't believe this because of the way I'm feeling, but then I tested it myself & I got 15.1%.....weird. My stomach feels gross, but my arms & legs feel ok. I can actually see the vien down my arms, which is cool.
