should i do cardio while takin xenadrine?

hey guys, i'm 19 5'10 170lbs and around 16% body fat. I've lost 20 lbs with xenadrine in 2 and a half months, this is without doing cardio. i lift weights 4 days a week. my goal is to lose my gut and trim down my arms so they look a little more defined. Would adding cardio into my lifting routine help me reach this goal a little faster, or would it be unsafe as rapidly as i am losing without it?
this may be a dumb question, sorry if it is.
 
Congradulations on your progress thus far.

Cardio will not hurt you at all. Just remember to start off slowly, (20 minutes 3x a week) and keep your heart rate in a moderate range, (65 - 75% of your HRM.) Hope this helps, and good luck with attaining your goals.
 
Not a dumb question bud. You dropped a lot of wieght pretty quick, you don't want to be unhealthy.

It'd help to know how tall you are. Either way, I'll go with edge. Start out slowly and watch the diet.
 
definetly begin to add in the cardio to your routine- It provides more than fat burning functions to your body, such as blood oxygenation. Sounds like you're doing all the right things, so far. Good work!
 
For best fat burning results do the cardio on an empty stomach in the morning.

I've been using Xen for 5 weeks with cardio and it is working great (for fat loss) for me.

CArdio!! Its good for the fat burning, also its a motivator, go for goals in time ( increase ) and as Frank Zane say's VISUALIZE the fat just burning!!
 
I stopped using Xenadrine for my cardio workouts because when I use it my body temperature goes up high and my breathing rate goes up.

I feel its counter productive if I have to cut my cardio workout short because I'm sweating profusely and out of breath. I stopped taking the xenadrine before my cardio workout and now I don't burn out as fast, I just increased my intensity in case I lost out on the benefits of the xenadrine while doing cardio.

However, on my weightlifting days I feel its excellent since it keeps my energy level up consistently throughout my workout.

Thats how I use xenadrine.
