hey guys, i'm 19 5'10 170lbs and around 16% body fat. I've lost 20 lbs with xenadrine in 2 and a half months, this is without doing cardio. i lift weights 4 days a week. my goal is to lose my gut and trim down my arms so they look a little more defined. Would adding cardio into my lifting routine help me reach this goal a little faster, or would it be unsafe as rapidly as i am losing without it?
