Currently my week looks like this:
Sunday: Abs, cardio, grip
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: Snatch, front squats, calfs
Wednesday: Chest, Shoulder, Tris
Thursday: OFF - or - abs, cardio
Friday: Back, Bis
Saturday: Snatch (lite), box squats, calfs
Have been going heavier on my Tuesday snatches (off the blocks have been doing wave loading 4,3,2 - 4,3,2 with 160# to 200#).
Was wondering if throwing a Poliquin bench routine in on Tuesday (heavy singles followed by a 5x5 hypertrophy set) would be too much stress in conjunction with the snatches for my upper body/shoulders. As it stands now - I'm regularly doing shoulders prioritized with the 1-6 method (using the 90-100 D.B.'s).
Any opinions?
