question about fitday

A couple times i've added a custom food in and it refused it..saying the calories didn't match up and wouldn't add it. It happened again this morning with my cary's sugar free maple syrup. So i couldn't add it.
What do ya do?

Are you sure you did it right? Cuz I have Cary's SF syrup added into my fitday custom food list....

yes ma'am. I read it straight from the bottle and it said the calories should be " " some odd number,,,which they weren't. I thought it was maybe because of the sugar alcohols or something that messed it up. I first typed in the carbs as w/ the sugar alcohols deducted, that didn't work ....so... I put the reg. carbs listed and it still didn't work.

Well, it's soooo funny that I used some of it today....

For 1/4 cup, I have:
30 cals, 0g fat, 0mg chol, 115mg sodium, 0mg potassium, 9g carb, 0g fiber, 0g protein.

Yep I had to change the carb # to get it to take.....
