wassup everyone- I'm gonna be buying some stuff from ProteinFactory, since all you guys reccomed it so much. I am looking to gain size, My whole workout is targeted around that (since I am an ecto) so what do you guys think I should have them mix for me, besides obviously a high protein/calorie powder?
Also... I got into my new workout after hearin' about a thousand opinions for an ecto... so I am down to 3 days/wk - Mon, Wed, Fri- Only 1-2 muscles groups/day, 45 min. workout, long breaks between... Creatine
The only thing I'm havin a little trouble with is breaking up into those 3 days, doing Back, chest, legs, bi's/tri's, and shoulders? If anyone can give me some advice on ways to break that up, and still keep the workout intense I'd appreciate it, also advice on the actual workouts.
